Are You a Good Fit?

A lot of people want my help but in reality they aren't a good fit. They are full of talk, don't want to take action, and some are insistent on ruining their body and mind in pursuit of what they want without considering the consequences.


Instead, I like to work with people who genuinely want to make changes to achieve what they want in a healthy and ecological way. That said, you're likely a good fit if:  

  • You're a Consultant or in Professional Services. I love working with people like you the most because you're likely a high achiever, love the variety and type of work that Consulting & Professional Service firms typically provide and ambitious. Being in these industries usually means you're resourceful and a problem solver. This will help with our work together.

  • You're Committed. For your circumstances around stress to change, there's a commitment needed from you to implement a new way forward. Working with me isn't cheap, however I can guarantee you it's a lot cheaper being stuck where you are now.  If you're committed, I will give you my 100% and I expect same 100% back from you, so we can get you results. 

  • You're Coachable. One requirement to being a client, is to be open minded. My role as a coach is to consider all factors in play with your situation right now, where you are and where you want to be. In approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs per week, through coaching, you'll be able to get to where you want, as long as you're receptive to the process and techniques, and accountable. 

  • You Trust Me. One of the absolute musts for a coach is the ability to create an environment in which you feel safe, and can voice out things you may have never told anyone else, maybe even yourself. When you're in a session with me, there's no judgement, there's only you and me as your mirror and coach to help you get to where you want to go.
